I’m doing a detox with water, fruits, veggies, and a 7 day supplement called Detox 7. I’m on my 3rd day, I feel great but when I wake up I have a massive, painful headache, it’s unbearable! I had to take two excedrins. I know that defeats the detox, but I was in pain.
How can I get rid of the headache without taking excedrin.?
I usually drink 6 cups of coffe and have 2 Red Bulls a day.
